The first regular session of the Third Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw took place at the Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw meeting hall yesterday.
U Kyaw Win Naing from Lemyethna Township Constituency 1 was elected as the meeting chair.
The meeting chair announced that the meeting had officially commenced, and U Thein Tun, Kyaunggon Township Constituency 1, was elected as Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw Speaker, whereas U Saw Thet Naing Oo, Kangyidaunt Township Constituency 1, was elected as Deputy Speaker.
The Speaker extended greetings. The first-day event of the first regular session of the Third Ayeyawady Region Hluttaw was adjourned, and the date and time for the second-day session will be announced in advance.
