BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF 30 October 2025:Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah, and (northern and eastern) Shan States. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Ayeyawady Region and Kayin, and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The degree of certainty is 100 per cent.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware of these phenomena in advance.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along the Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 25-30 miles per hour. Wave height will be about 7-9 feet off and along the Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyawady, and Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, and Mon States.
