ACCORDING to the observations at 3:30 pm MST today, the Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” over the South China Sea has moved slowly Southwestwards. It is likely continue to move southwestwards and intensify into a Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” during next six hours.
