ACCORDING to the observations at 3:30 pm MST today, due to the easterly waves and due to a Low-Pressure Area over the North Andaman Sea and adjoining over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread to widespread in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyawady, and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, and Shan States with regionally and isolated heavy falls in some region during 1 October 2025 to 6 November 2025.
Squalls with rough seas are likely at times in off and along the Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 30-35 miles per hour. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet in off and along the Myanmar Coasts.

People should be aware of natural disasters such as the heavy rainfall with strong wind, thunder, lightning strikes, lightning, hail, flash floods and landslides in hilly areas and near small rivers and to make necessary preparations for inland water transport, domestic flights and irrigation dams.
