It has been officially announced that effective legal action will be taken under the law against CRPH, NUG, their affiliated organizations, associated groups, and individuals designated as terrorist entities for engaging in incitement and spreading propaganda intended to undermine State stability and peace and disrupt government mechanisms. It was further stated that those involved in such incitement and propaganda activities will be continuously identified and prosecuted under the law.
Despite this announcement, on 22 March 2026, disregarding the official notice, an individual named Si Thu Hein (aka) Hmae Gyi, a resident of Ward 8, New Oktha Town Township, Bago Region, and the owner of the ‘Ah Yoe Lay’ TikTok account, committed acts of incitement and propaganda on social media, intending to destabilize State peace and stability. He was arrested at 5:30 pm at the No 3 Area Police Station in Bago, has been charged and taken into custody under the law.
