A slight earthquake of magnitude 4.3 Richter Scale with its epicentre inside Myanmar (about 34 miles west of Mong khet), latitude 21.73°N, longitude 98.93°E, depth 10 kilometres, about 52 miles northwest of Kengtung seismological observatory was recorded at 12 hours 44 minutes 44 seconds MST on 21 July 2025.
