ON 8 June, the Shwe Minn Tha Foundation made its second donation to 322 households of persons with disabilities across eight townships in Mandalay Region.
The donations were distributed in the townships of Kyaukse, Thedaw, Wundwin, Meiktila, Thazi, Pyawbwe, Yamethin, and Pyinmana.
Each donation package included rice, cooking oil, salt, onions, garlic, canned fish, eggs, dried noodles, dried cakes, plates, bowls, spoons, basic household medicines, sanitary items, tents, and waterproof canvas sheets.
Between 28 March and 28 May, the foundation had previously supported 1,770 households of persons with disabilities, along with 6,640 households of other quake-stricken individuals.
