The graduation parades for the People’s Military Service Training 8 took place yesterday morning at various training centres across the country, organized by relevant military commands. The ceremonies followed the training graduation schedule with the graduates taking an oath while holding the national flag.
Officials awarded top-performing trainees with distinctions in categories such as Best Trainee, Best Training, Code of Conduct, Best Marksmanship, Best Mine Handling, and Leadership in Section Strategy.
Senior officials, including the Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman, chief ministers from regions and states, commanders, and other senior personnel, attended the event. Officials delivered congratulatory speeches to graduates.
The eighth training batch provided military training covering both the theoretical and practical aspects of military strategies.
The graduates received teamwork, nationalism, patriotism, team spirit and esprit de corps after the training, and they will serve duties at different regiments and units for national defence and security.
In the evening, dinners were hosted at each training centre in honour of the graduates of the People’s Military Service Training 8.
