A delegation led by Pyidaungsu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw Speaker U Aung Lin Dwe, who visited Belarus at the invitation of Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Ms Natallia Kochanova, departed Minsk for Yangon by air at 9.30 am local time on 24 October.
At Minsk International Airport, the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker and his delegation were seen off by Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Mr Igor Brylevich, Chairman of the Standing Commission on International Affairs and National Security of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Mr Sergei Aleink, Myanmar Ambassador to Belarus U Maung Maung Soe and officials.
The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker and his delegation arrived back in Yangon yesterday evening and were welcomed back at Yangon International Airport by Yangon Region Hluttaw Speaker U Htay Aung, Deputy Speaker U Kyaw Kyaw Soe, regional ministers and officials from the Amyotha Hluttaw Office. — MNA/KZL
