TROOPS and local communities have collaboratively cleared debris from Falam People’s Hospital after several facilities were damaged during violent incidents. The cleanup covers damaged wards, the X-ray and laboratory departments, the oxygen plant, the old surgical and maternity wards, the old orthopaedics ward, and medical storage rooms.
Officials also inspected the clearup and reconstruction efforts in Falam. Similar community-led cleaning activities were carried out in Tiddim and Tonzang, involving departmental staff, security personnel and residents.
