The Myanmar Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has announced that Myanmar nationals in Türkiye may contact the embassy when they require consular services.
Currently, the Saudi Arabia-based embassy has also jointly taken charge of Bahrain and has now expanded to Türkiye, starting from 15 August, it said. The embassy in Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will now take charge of Qatar and Oman, which were previously under the management of the embassy in Riyadh.
The Myanmar Embassy in Riyadh said it will complete processing applications for passport extensions, lost or damaged passports, and newborn passports submitted from Qatar and Oman before 15 August 2026. — MT/ZS
