A training course titled “Better News Writing”, organized by the News Media Development Committee of the Myanmar Press Council, was held on 20 July at the Myanmar Press Council Office in Botahtaung Township, Yangon Region.
The course is being conducted as News Media Training Course 8/2026. The training covers basic and advanced news writing, news photography and editing, and feature writing.
The News Media Training Course 8/2026 is being held from 20 to 24 July, with 28 trainees attending in person and 95 participants from the Information and Public Relations Department, along with two from the Media Development Department, joining online via Zoom. — ASH/TH
