In Doekwin Ward of PyinOoLwin, officials and local administrators are reportedly pressuring individuals to participate in military training. However, a spokesperson from the military recruitment committee in Mandalay Region has confirmed that these claims are baseless and spread to mislead the public.
Since the establishment of the People’s Military Service Law, relevant authorities have been actively engaging in public awareness campaigns to inform citizens and enhance their understanding of the military service. Furthermore, state-run media outlets also work to expose these fabricated and misleading reports propagated by subversive media sources.
