President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation led by Cambodian Special Envoy to ASEAN and member of the King’s Consultative Council Mr Kitti Settha Pandita Cham Prasidh, who attended the inauguration ceremony of the President in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday evening.
It was also attended by the President’s Office Union Minister U Khin Maung Yi, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Tin Maung Swe, Cambodian governmental officials, Cambodian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Cheng and other relevant officials.
During the meeting, they discussed the attendance at the inauguration ceremony of President U Min Aung Hlaing, the longstanding friendly relations between Myanmar and Cambodia, Myanmar’s cooperation within ASEAN, and efforts to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
