ACCORDING to the 7:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Bago River at Bago is observed as more than 1.5 feet below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next one day.
According to the 7:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Sittoung River at Toungoo is observed as about 2.5 feet below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next two days.
According to the 7:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Thaungyin River at Myawady is observed as more than one foot below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next one Day.
According to the 7:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Nanyin Creek at Moenyin is observed as more than 3.5 feet below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next one day.
According to the 5:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of Mae Sai Creek at Tachilek (Loitawkhaw Village) is observed as about 0.5 foot below its danger level. It may exceed above its danger level during the next 12 hours.
It is especially alert to the people who settle near the river banks and low-lying areas in Bago, Toungoo, Myawady, Moenyin and Tachilek townships, to take precaution measure and to stay away from the flood-prone areas in time if the water level will rise.
