THE ‘Made in Myanmar’ products, alongside garment-related machinery, will be showcased at the 2026 Myanmar International Textile and Machinery Fair, according to a press conference held on 4 November at the office in UAB Tower 2.
It will run over three days, from 4 to 6 December, at the Yangon Convention Centre (YCC).
The expo is jointly organized by the Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA) and the Chinese Textile & Garment Association in Myanmar (CTGA), with support from the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, China. The event aims to foster longterm business relations and potential economic cooperation between the textile and garment industries of China and Myanmar, as well as between Myanmar and ASEAN countries, while promoting the continued development of Myanmar’s garment sector. In this year’s expo, over 100 exhibitors, including around 10 top brands from China, will display textiles, garments, accessories, and garment manufacturing equipment. Additionally, the ‘Made in Myanmar’ products from local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will also be promoted and exhibited.
The Myanmar International Textile and Machinery Fair has been held annually since 2023, with previous editions attracting more than 1,500 visitors.
