Under the guidance of the Department of Marine Administration (DMA), the Coastal Vessel Shipping Association (CVSA) organized a workshop on ensuring a systematic practice of maritime transport shipping documents on 24 September.
The workshop was organized under the theme of World Maritime to ensure the systematic application of coastal shipping documents.
During the workshop, speakers had detailed discussions about specific topics: policy to practice for coastal shipping, charter party and charter agreement, bill of lading, cargo stowage and cargo documents and cargo disputes.
The chairman and secretary of the Myanmar International Freight Forwarders’ Association (MIFFA) also joined the event. — TWA/ZS
