UNION Minister at the President’s Office U Khin Maung Yi received Dr Cordula Droege, Director of International Law, Red Cross Movement and Partnerships at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, at the President”s Office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
They discussed ways to further strengthen humanitarian cooperation between Myanmar and ICRC and to ensure that humanitarian work in Myanmar is carried out systematically and effectively. The director-general and officials from the President’s Office also attended the meeting.
