The Myanmar Belle Vegetable Drying Factory in Wayonpin Village, Heho Township, Shan State, exports dried cabbage, radish leaves, radishes, carrots and spinach to Japan and the Republic of Korea.
Shan State Chief Minister U Sai Htein Soe, accompanied by state ministers and Hluttaw representatives, visited the factory on 5 September to observe its operations.
The chief minister visited the Institute of Agriculture and Livestock in Heho, where he met with teachers, staff and students and provided financial assistance.
The chief minister also inspected the bridge that collapsed in Innpyin Village, Kalaw Township, due to heavy rain and rising water levels, as well as the construction of a temporary bridge and preparations for the new bridge.
