The 2027 Hajj Pilgrimage Evaluation Committee has invited tour companies to submit a tender to arrange pilgrimage services for Myanmar’s allocated quota of 350 pilgrims.
Eligible bidders must be travel companies that are legally incorporated under Myanmar Companies Law and registered as approved service providers (holding a valid Mussafah card) with the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Myanmar.
Tender forms and regulations are available from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm from 25 to 30 August at the Religious Affairs Office, Yangon Region, located on Kaba Aye Pagoda Road, Mayangon Township, Yangon via 09 2038563, and the Islamic Religious Affairs Council of Myanmar, located at 184, 3rd Floor, Bo Sun Pat Road, Pabedan Township, Yangon via 01 388146. Completed tender documents must be sealed and submitted to the Religious Affairs Department (Head Office) located at Office 31 in Ottarathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw, by noon on 31 August. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2 pm at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the presence of bidders.
The committee’s selection is final. Late submissions or those in non-compliance with tender regulations will not be considered. — NN/KK
