GRADUATION ceremonies for People’s Military Service Training 25 were held yesterday at training schools under the respective commands. The ceremonies included military parades, during which trainees pledged their allegiance while holding the national flag.
Officials from the training schools delivered graduation addresses and presented awards to outstanding trainees. Following the ceremonies, the Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman, the chief ministers of the regions and states, the commanders of the respective commands and other officials met the graduates at the training schools, delivered speeches and offered words of encouragement.
Training Course 25 trainees received instructions in physical fitness, military drill, military tactics and other general subjects.
The graduates will now be assigned to various battalions and units to undertake national defence and security duties. Graduation dinner ceremonies were also held at the training schools in the evening.
