THE Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) announced that the Ministry of Finance and Revenue has placed 23 companies and their directors on an exclusion list after they failed to repay loans from the Myanma Foreign Trade Bank in 2024.
DICA announced that the registrar will publicly post the denial list and compliance shortcomings on its website if companies registered under the MyCO system fail to observe the laws, rules, bylaws of relevant government institutions, and the provisions of the Myanmar Companies Law. — NN/KK
