THE knowledge-sharing discussions in conjunction with the World MSME Day was held yesterday at the Myanmar International Convention Centre I (MICC I) in Nay Pyi Taw, and the President of the Myanmar Computer Federation delivered a presentation on the topic “Digital Opportunities for Future Modern MSMEs,” followed by a panel discussion in a roundtable format.

The participants raised questions and the relevant officials answered respectively.

In the same evening, the ceremony to honour the organizations that supported to hold the World MSME Day event successfully took place, and Union Minister for Industry and MSME Development Dr Charlie Than, deputy ministers, relevant officials, and MSME entrepreneurs.

During the event, the Union minister delivered a speech marking World MSME Day, and presented certificates of honour to UMFCCI, Myanmar Rice Federation, Myanmar Women Entrepreneurs Network and Myanmar Food Processors and Exporters Association for their participation in holding the World MSME ceremony.

The deputy ministers also presented certificates of honour to Myanmar Computer Federation, AYA Bank, Federation of Myanmar Engineering Societies, Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association, Nay Pyi Taw MSME Association and Myanmar Seafarers Federation. — MNA/KTZH
