A special appeal tribunal consisting of U Tha Htay, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Union and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union: U Thein Ko Ko, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, Daw Soe Khet Khet and Daw Thin Thin Cho was convened yesterday morning at Zeyathiri District Court on Chindwin Road in Mingaladipa Ward of Pobbathiri Township, in Nay Pyi Taw and passed judgements for four special civil appeal cases – Nos: 2/2026 (Mon), 3/2026 (Yangon), 4/2026 (Ayeyawady) and 5/2026 (Yangon).
A total of five special civil appeal cases – Nos: 37/2025 (Mandalay), 56/2025 (Ayeyawady), 6/2026 (Yangon), 7/2026 (Kachin) and 15/2026 (Kayin) were heard.
