The Yangon Region Environmental Conservation Department is continuously conducting a 24-hour regular monitoring and analysis of ambient air quality in Yangon using Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station with Mobile Car (AQMS Mobile Car) and Compact Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQM 65) at the following three monitoring locations in Yangon City, measuring six key parameters: Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5), Particulate Matter 10 (PM10), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Ozone (O3), and Carbon Monoxide (CO).
