THE Myanmar Embassy to Japan said Myanmar nationals can contact its hotline number for emergency assistance on consular services if the embassy’s phone is engaged.
Consular services are available from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and passports and tax receipts are issued from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, it said. Myanmar nationals in Japan can call the embassy’s phone number 34419291 for consular services but those who have difficulty when the phone line is busy can contact its email address tokyomyanmar959@gmail.com or hotline number 07044137383 for emergency, said the embassy on 10 March.
The embassy works for passport issuing process from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm and consular services and the issuance of passport for next day and tax receipts scheduled from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm, it said. The Myanmar Embassy to Tokyo works on consular services for the interest of Myanmar nationals in accordance with the law, and detailed information about consular services are being provided at the embassy website https://www. contact@myanmarembassyTokyo.org.
