THE National Defence and Security Council enacted the Amendment to the Revenue Appellate Tribunal Law on 26 February 2026, and it was signed by Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Senior General Min Aung Hlaing under Section 427 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
The law introduces amendments to Section 22(a) and substitutes provisions in Sections 2, 4, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 30, and 42, as well as in the heading of Chapter VI.
