AS universities, degree colleges, and colleges administered by the relevant Union ministries will soon reopen, students will be attending classes on 28 December 2025, when the date scheduled for the election.
Among these students, those who will be studying at universities, degree colleges, or colleges located outside the constituencies where their names are registered on the voter lists are also included.
Among the students who will be away from their registered constituencies, the eligible voters, who will be 18 years of age on 28 December 2025, to cast a vote according to the law, may cast advance votes to ensure they do not lose their right to vote. They can cast early votes showing their national identity cards or student identity cards issued by their relevant universities, degree colleges and colleges from 9 am to 4:30 pm between 17 and 21 November 2025 at the registered ward or village-tract subcommission offices before going to these institutions.
