ACCORDING to the 6:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Sittoung River at Toungoo has exceeded by about 0.5 foot above its danger level. It may fall below its danger level during the next one day.

According to the 6:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Sittoung River at Madauk has exceeded by more than 4.5 feet above its danger level. It may fall about 0.5 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Shwegyin River at Shwegyin has exceeded by about one foot above its danger level. It may fall about 0.5 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 am MST observation today, the water level of the Thanlwin River at Hpa-an has exceeded by about six feet above its danger level. It may fall about 0.5 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

It is noticeably advised to the people who settle near the river banks and low-lying areas in Toungoo Township. It is especially alert to the people who settle near the river banks and low-lying areas in Shwegyin and Hpa-an townships and Madauk, to stay away from the flood-prone areas.
