The State Administration Council enacted the Sixth Amendment to Amyotha Hluttaw Law as the SAC Law No 46/2025 under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on 29 July.
The law stated its amendments to some provisions of Sections 2, 4, 8, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 22, 24, 27, 28, 30, 35, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 48, 49, 52, 55, 58, 64, 65, 66, 70, 78, 81, 82, 88 and 89, respectively.
