138th Canton Fair welcomes Myanmar business leaMyanmar businesspeople are invited to participate in the 138th Canton Fair, China’s import and export fair, that will be held in the Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou, China, from 15 October to 4 November, according to the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization.
Interested entities must provide a company registration, product and service summary of the company, official website, logo, trademark certificate, countries of origin and production documents in China or other external countries.

It will be held under three phases: Phase I from 15 to 19 October, Phase II from 23 to 27 October and Phase III from 31 October to 4 November. The time for booth dismantling and setup is on 20-22 October and 28-30 October. Participants must bear accommodation, food, and travel costs themselves. The category of the products in each phase can be observed at https://cief.cantonfair.org.cn/html/cantonfair/en/exhibitor/2012-09/24825.shtml.
The booth ranges from RMB23,000 to RMB26,000 per raw space (minimum 36 M2). Participants can dismantle and set up their booths through contractors of the Canton Fair. The qualified contractor list is uploaded on the official website. Shell Scheme costs RMB27,000-30,000 per (9 M2) booth. Organizers will install furniture and provide a defined space for exhibitors to showcase their products.

Furthermore, online stores can be set up through the Canton Fair online Platform service package. Business entities can enquire about details by contacting the organizer directly. Governmental institutions led by the Ministry of Commerce of the Least Developed Countries (LDC) can also enjoy up to four free booths. Only eight booths are designated for LDC per session, with a first-come, first-served system.

Those organizations that book more than ten booths will get a discount of 3,000 yuan per booth. Those with over 30 booths will get a 4,000 yuan discount per booth, and those with over 100 booths will enjoy a reduced amount of 5,000 yuan each.
