ACCORDING to the observations at 5:30 pm MST today, due to the western disturbances and the eastern disturbances, development of convective clouds, rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated to scattered in Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Bago, Magway and Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Rakhine and Shan States and fairly widespread to widespread in Yangon, Ayeyawady and Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Chin and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls during today evening to 21 April 2025. Advice People should be aware of untimely rainfall accompanied with strong wind, thunder, lightning, hails and landslides. — DMH
