ACCORDING to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, due to the western disturbances and the eastern disturbances, development of convective clouds, rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated to scattered in Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Bago and Magway regions and Rakhine and Shan states and fairly widespread to widespread in Yangon, Sagaing, Ayeyawady and Taninthayi regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin and Mon states with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls during today evening to 20 April 2025. Advisory People should be awared untimely rainfall accompanied by strong wind, thunder, lightning, hails and landslide. — DMH
