THE Nepali Embassy to Myanmar has invited interested parties from the Union of Myanmar Travel Association (UMTA) to participate in the Nepal-Myanmar Trade Expo 2025 to be held on 21-22 March at the Lotte Hotel Yangon in Yangon.
The exhibition aims to showcase about 30 Nepali companies from the services, tourism, IT, herbs, commodity products, and pharmaceutical sectors, and about 30 companies from Myanmar. Commodity products that can be traded between the two countries will include handicraft, chilli, tea, pulses and beans, textile, pharmacy, rice, plywood, stones for handicraft and traditional medicines.
Fifteen international travel-related companies and fifteen Bodh Gaya tour companies in Myanmar are expected to participate. The exhibition fees for two days are K1,000,000 for a nine-foot booth while K9,000,000 for a six-foot booth. Speakers will also be invited to join panel discussions on relevant topics.
