The New Year’s Eve music concert and Myanmar traditional dance ‘Thabin Aka Nae Hla Myi Nya’ was organized yesterday at Wunna Theikdi Training Grounds 1 and 2 in Nay Pyi Taw to celebrate the New Year.
Officials provided proper security measures to ensure the safety of visitors to the two concerts. The sites are decorated with photo booths for those who like taking photographs and playgrounds for the children.
Over 50 food, souvenirs, and local product stalls were established, food was sold at fairer prices, and there were dust bins and mobile toilets for the visitors.
Famous singers participated in the concert to the accompaniment of the band, and all sites were crowded with visitors.
After the performance of ‘Thabin Aka Nae Hla Myi Nya’ by Myanmar theatrical dancer Tin Maung San Min Win, the Copy Show Thai “The Gang Of Popular Copy Show” performed for festivalgoers.
On 31 December, events including the countdown will run from 5 pm to 1 am. Admission is free, and free shuttle bus services will be provided with nine buses for three routes to facilitate transport for festivalgoers.
