KNU and PDF terrorists exploded a vehicle carrying one male and two female passengers driven by Myo Min Khant heading to Kyaikto from Theinzayet of Mon State on 12 June morning.
The explosion occurred near Baikkar village on the Yangon-Mawlamyine Road, and four civilians were injured. They were taken to Kyaikto People’s Hospital for medical treatment.
The malicious media outlets intentionally spread false information claiming that during the mine attack on the Tatmadaw convoy, a vehicle that carried civilians exploded and the civilians were wounded. The terrorists frequently planted various homemade mines and remote-controlled mines on public roads, resulting in casualties and injuries. The security forces conducted mine clearance operations and security measures to ensure the safety of the people.
