A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice of the Union U Tha Htay and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Khin Maung Gyi, Daw Thin Thin Nwet, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye and Dr Ko Ko Naing was convened Monday morning at the Supreme Court of the Union and passed judgements for six special civil appeal cases Nos 36/2024 (Mandalay), 43/2024 (Yangon), 44/2024 (Yangon), 48/2024 (Yangon), 49/2024(Mon) and 51/2024(Yangon).
Six special civil appeal cases – Nos 41/2024 (Ayeyawady), 5/2024 (Shan), 31/2024 (Mandalay), 50/2024 (Mon), 54/2024 (Bago) and 63/2024 (Ayeyawady) were heard.
