A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.5) Richter Scale with its epicentre inside Myanmar (about 12 miles southwest of Mawlaik), Latitude 23.56 °N, Longitude 94.25 °E, depth (80) kilometres, about 46 miles south of the Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (19) hrs (43) mins (06) secs MST on 20 December, 2024.
