INCLUDING the Tawwin Bus Line, EV passenger bus lines will offer a free shuttle service to the world-famous Maravijaya Buddha Image in Nay Pyi Taw during the Tazaungdine Festival, so the public can go on pilgrimage smoothly. This service will be provided from 22 to 24 November under the management of the Nay Pyi Taw City Development Committee. Shuttle buses will run on four private routes to the Buddha Image. Route 1 starts from Boga Thiri Bus Terminal, passing major stops including Rose Roundabout, Zabuthiri Hospital, City Development Guest House, Thabyaygon Roundabout, Herbal Garden, Myoma Market, Thukha Tawwin Housing, and leading to the Maravijaya Buddha Image. The other starting points are Route 2 from Pyinmana/Lewe town, Route 3 from Thaik Chaung Junction, and Route 4 from Thaik Chaung Junction.
With these arrangements made, pilgrims to the Maravijaya Buddha Image during the Tazaungdine Festival days can now use these free bus lines smoothly and conveniently. — TWA/ZS
