THE Myanmar Football Federation will host a series of international football competitions from September to November, including youth qualifying matches and international club fixtures.
Myanmar is currently hosting the AFC U20 Asian Cup 2027 qualifiers, with the final Group K matches scheduled for 6 September. Yangon United will face Laos’ Ezra FC in the AFC Challenge League qualifier on 8 September, while Shan United will host Ezra FC in both legs of the ASEAN Club Championship qualifier on 11 and 14 September at Thuwunna Stadium.
Myanmar will also host the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers from 5 to 11 October, the AFC Challenge League Group E matches from 18 to 24 October, the AFC Women’s Champions’ League Group A matches from 1 to 7 November, and the AFC U17 Asian Cup qualifiers from 8 to 20 November in Yangon. — Nyi Myat Thawda/KZL
