CHINESE President Xi Jinping and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi stressed the need to amplify the voice of the Global South, according to a joint statement issued Wednesday.
In the statement, the two heads of state voiced their support for the right of developing countries to participate in global political and economic decision-making in a fair and balanced manner. They are also committed to enhancing the role of emerging markets and developing countries in the international order.
