THE National University of Culture and Arts (Mandalay) is inviting applications for its Diploma in Applied Digital Arts (DipADA) programme for the 2026-2027 academic year under its Human Resource Development Programme.
The nine-month programme will provide theoretical and practical training in software and hardware, illustration and graphic design, video editing and colour grading, special effects and animation, photography and cinematography, audio production, directing and scriptwriting.
Applicants must hold a university degree, have passed the matriculation examination or have completed Grade 9. They must also be in good health, able to participate in artistic activities and demonstrate creativity and artistic ability. Those who complete the programme and hold a university degree or have passed the matriculation examination will receive a Diploma in Applied Digital Arts, while Grade 9 completers will receive a Completion Certificate.
Application forms are available from the Academic Affairs Department and must be submitted by 30 October. Applicants must provide proof of educational qualifications, a copy of their Citizenship Scrutiny Card and five passport-size photographs. Interviews will be held at the university at 1 pm on 31 October, with admission results announced on 5 November. — ASH/KZL
