KBZMS General Insurance (Mandalay branch), which was damaged by the devastating Mandalay earthquake on 28 March 2025, was reopened on 4 June to continue providing claim services and fulfil its commitments to customers.

The KBZMS Mandalay branch faced significant damage, losses, and challenges caused by the earthquake. Employees also had to simultaneously cope with the negative consequences of the natural disaster on their personal lives and their workplace.

KBZMS employees worked tirelessly from a temporary office to continue providing insurance claim services amidst the impacts of the disaster. Their resilience, teamwork, and dedication to their customers enabled the Mandalay branch to reopen.
