Interested entrepreneurs and companies are invited to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for joint operations of the high-end housing project in Magway Township, according to the Tender Committee of the Magway Township Development Affairs Committee.
The project is to be implemented on a plot of land located at Plot No 1654, Maehlataung Village-tract, Magway Township, Magway Region, covering an area of 20 acres.
Therefore, interested Myanmar citizen entrepreneurs must submit their EOI applications to the Magway Township Development Affairs Committee by 28 April, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in Directive 3/2018 regarding the leasing, transfer, and joint operation of state-owned land and buildings.
The EOI form, regulations and guidelines can be obtained from the Engineering Division of the Magway Township Development Committee by presenting relevant company credentials by 24 April, 2026.
Required company credentials include a letter expressing interest in undertaking the project and requesting the EOI application, a valid company registration, the capabilities and experience of the investor and developer in relevant projects, name, position, address, phone number, and email address of the contact person for communication with the company.
