A three-year-old child left on the YBS 94 bus line was handed over to her father, the Ludu Mateswe Public Relations Team said.

Ludu Mateswe said on 1 October that a child was found without parents or guidance at 8:45 pm when the bus ended at the finishing stand.

Father U Saw Lwin came to enquire at the bus stand the following day at 2:45 pm.

Bus stand officials transferred the child, Ma Su Myat Mon, 3, to her father at 5:40 pm after they checked the CCTV record.

“According to the CCTV record, the father and the daughter took the bus from Yangon Railway Station. She sat at a seat at the front, and her father sat at the back, and he got off alone when the bus stopped at Whitetaw and forgot the child,” said an official from the bus line.

Bus line officials and drivers gave K50,000 to the child, said the bus line’s public relations team.
