A ceremony to hand over items donated by India to the Space Museum (Yangon) was held at the museum in Dagon Township, Yangon Region, yesterday morning.
Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu delivered the opening remarks, while Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Abhay Thakur explained the donated items. Chief Executive Officer of the Myanmar Space Agency Dr Soe Myint Maung expressed words of appreciation.
The Indian ambassador then handed over the donated items to the chief minister, who accepted them. Dr Soe Myint Maung presented a certificate of appreciation to the ambassador, and the attendees viewed the donated items.
Similarly, a briefing on regulations for entertainment businesses in Yangon Region was held at the Mingala Hall of the Yangon Region Government Office. The chief minister urged operators to strictly comply with the 17 regulations for karaoke businesses, the 39 regulations for entertainment businesses and the relevant directives issued by the authorities.
