She further expressed her hope that these efforts would make meaningful contributions to the development of both countries.

In his opening remarks, Union Minister U Aung Kyaw Hoe stated that Myanmar and China established diplomatic relations on 8 June 1950, and that their bilateral relations had since surpassed the Diamond Jubilee milestone. The Union minister expressed his gratitude to the Government of the People’s Republic of China, MOFCOM and the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar for annually offering training courses and seminars aimed at developing Myanmar’s human resources. He also highlighted the numerous benefits of these programmes, including strengthening the friendship and goodwill between Myanmar and China, enabling participating trainees and delegates to acquire international-standard knowledge and expertise, promoting people-to-people relations through cultural exchanges, and enhancing knowledge and understanding through the sharing of experiences between the two countries.
