The Myanmar Red Cross Society (MRCS), in collaboration with its international Red Cross partners, distributed relief supplies to 422 households in downtown Sagaing Township, Sagaing Region.
The assistance formed part of the MRCS’s disaster relief programme for earthquake-affected communities, supported by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the German Red Cross and the Korean Red Cross. The relief items included blankets, mosquito nets, sleeping mats and collapsible water containers.
