Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint, accompanied by members of the Chin State Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Committee, inspected rehabilitation and reconstruction activities in Chin State yesterday.
During the visit, he met the medical superintendent and staff of the 100-bed hospital in Tiddim, discussed the hospital’s operational needs, and coordinated assistance where required.
The hospital is currently staffed by 80 healthcare personnel, including the medical superintendent, and provides surgical and medical services. At the time of the visit, 43 patients were receiving treatment, including 17 surgical patients, 14 maternity patients, and 11 general medical patients.
