The Placement Test (Special Programme) in Pakokku Township, Magway Region, began on 15 June, and students completed the Science subject on 20 June, the final day of the examination.
The placement test for out-of-school children in the 2026-2027 academic year has been conducted at two examination centres in Pakokku Township since 15 June. On 20 June, the final day of the middle-school-level examination, 603 students from Grades 6 to 8 completed the Science subject peacefully.
On 19 June, the final day of the primary-level examination, 818 students from Grades 1 to 5 completed the Social Studies subject. According to the Township Education Office, the examination results will be announced on 1 July.
Chairpersons and members of the district and township administrative committees, district and township education officers, and other relevant officials have been closely monitoring the examination process and providing necessary assistance.
